Jaw end turnbuckle fittings have a “U” shaped end with holes suitable for a bolt pin or clevis pin (similar to a clevis end or yoke end). The bolt or pin connects both ends of the “U” to prevent release of the mating rigging component. Jaw end fittings are designed to quickly connect to and disconnect from other rigging components that cannot open, such as welded rings, chains, or eye bolts. Jaw end fittings are ideal for use with closed or fixed anchor points, where variations in tension of the system could cause the anchor point to slip out of an open hook ends.Jaw ends are available with either left handed or right handed threads, and an end fitting of each thread direction is needed to complete the turnbuckle assembly.

- Do not use if tension of the assembly can suddenly release
