Timothy O'Keeffe, a Nebraska native, holds his bachelor's degree in economics, Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Nebraska.

Attracted to Huyett because of its growth potential and its participation in American industry, O'Keeffe and his wife, Carol O'Keeffe, purchased Huyett in November 1992. Prior to the purchase of Huyett, O'Keeffe founded a business brokerage firm in Kansas City, where he was a charter member of the International Business Brokers Association. While there, O'Keeffe assisted in the development of the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) professional designation for that trade group. From 1985 to 1992, he sold 300 companies, the bulk of which he represented the sellers in the many transactions. Prior to his success as a CBI, O'Keeffe was employed with Procter and Gamble.

With the acquisition of Huyett, O'Keeffe intended to get back to the tangible aspects of the business world. Timothy and Carol O'Keeffe and their five children make their home in Hastings, Nebraska, where Huyett has a satellite office.

Scott Longfellow serves on the Company's Executive Committee. He joined the organization in late 2005 and is responsible for ensuring Huyett's overall operational excellence, culture, and customer satisfaction. Scott's role encompasses positive influence on various operational functions across the organization to instill strategy, continuity, and effectiveness amongst our team.

Prior to joining Huyett, Scott spent more than 20 years serving in various leadership roles in operations, accounting, and technology within construction and grocery industries.

Dave Audia serves on the Company’s Executive Committee. He joined the organization in January of 2016 as the Director of Sales to help build the Company’s Distribution Support Team, develop partnerships on the East Coast, and lead the East Coast Regional Sales Managers. He transitioned to VP of Sales in July of 2024.

Prior to joining Huyett, Dave served as the VP of Sales for Advance Components® from 2007-2016 and held several sales roles at ARaymond Tinnerman® from 1990-2007.

Dave holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from Bowling Green State University.

Candi Glass serves on the Company's Executive Committee. She joined the organization in the summer of 2023 and is responsible for managing our Inside Sales, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Marketing operations. Candi's role requires interdepartmental coordination to develop sustainable market strategies that align with Huyett's Culture of Excellence.

Prior to joining Huyett, Candi spent over 25 years in merchandising and inventory management, quickly attaining senior management positions at companies like Camping World, Bosselman Enterprises, and Cabela's due to her industry experience and passion for servant leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Science, Ag Sales & Services from Dickinson State University and several corporate leadership certifications.

Rob brings over 30 years of experience as a business consultant, financial accounting manager, controller, and CFO in a variety of positions in Louisiana, South Carolina, and Kansas.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University, a Master of Business in Administration, Finance, & Accounting from Regis University, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) title from the Institute of Management Accountants.
