Header Blocks
What is a Header Block?
Header blocks, or junction blocks, are metal blocks that house multiple grease fittings on the top and connection points for hoses on the bottom; the hoses connect to lubrication points in hard-to-reach locations so the user only needs to access the fittings on the block to lubricate those points. Crafted from zinc-plated steel, these durable components are equipped with either three or six grease fittings (also available without fittings and tubing by request) to create a single, centralized lubrication point for multiple fill points. Huyett's product line includes compression fitting tubing connections to allow 1/4" tubing to be easily connected to the header block. The assembly ensures easy, quick, safe lubrication – even while machines are operating.

What Does a Header Block Include?
Header blocks are equipped with 3 or 6 hydraulic grease fittings along with tube connectors. The compression style tube connectors accommodate plastic, nylon, and steel 1/4" tubing. The block's body is manufactured from zinc plated steel with two drilled holes for convenient mounting. Custom designs are available by special request.
